Nigeria’s Super Falcons have launched preparations to defend their Women’s Africa Cup of Nations crown with a training camp set to open on February 20.

The team will later travel to Abidjan to compete in a WAFU B invitational tournament featuring Ivory Coast, Ghana and Senegal as part of their build-up.

WAFCON kicks off on March 17 in Morocco, where Nigeria will face Zambia, Egypt and Malawi in Group C, with semifinalists earning tickets to the 2027 Women’s World Cup in Brazil.
