Simone Biles Opens Up About Her Plastic Surgeries

Simone Biles, the most decorated gymnast in Olympic history, continues to inspire not just with her athletic feats but also with her honesty and confidence. In a recent TikTok video, Biles spoke candidly about the cosmetic surgeries she has undergone, choosing transparency over secrecy in a conversation that many public figures often avoid.
“I’ve had three plastic surgeries, and two of them you’d never guess,” said the 28-year-old athlete while dressed in a burgundy outfit. When followers tried to guess, one mentioned breast augmentation—rumors that had circulated since 2023—and Biles confirmed it with a playful cherry emoji. She also revealed she had surgery under her eyes to remove bags and an ear repair procedure after a childhood earring accident.
This marks the first time Biles has openly confirmed having breast augmentation. Speculation began when she shared vacation photos with her husband, NFL player Jonathan Owens, looking radiant in a Fendi swimsuit. Later, she hinted at the transformation in a video captioned, “First jump after a year, in the new house, with… new,” followed by a cherry emoji, leaving fans to connect the dots.
However, not all her cosmetic experiences were positive. In a video posted in August 2024, Biles admitted she regretted trying “Baby Botox” for her 27th birthday. Though meant to produce a natural, softer effect, she said the results made her feel unnatural and uncomfortable. “I didn’t like it at all,” Biles confessed. “I felt like I wasn’t in control of my face. My eyebrow started to rise on its own, and I couldn’t bring it down. One of my teammates even joked, ‘Simone, your eyebrow is running away again!’”
Biles now joins a growing number of celebrities—including members of the Kardashian family, Chrissy Teigen, Jennifer Lawrence, and Courteney Cox—who are choosing to speak openly about their cosmetic enhancements. Rather than treating surgery as a secret, Biles embraces openness, showing that even a world-class athlete can have an honest conversation about body image, public expectations, and self-love.
