F1 Employee Who Accused Christian Horner of Misconduct Returns to Work
Posted : 03 September 2025
The woman who accused former Red Bull team principal Christian Horner of sexual harassment has resumed her career in Formula 1 after being suspended by the team in March 2024. She and her current employer have chosen not to comment publicly on her return.
Horner, who was dismissed by Red Bull in July after more than 20 years at the helm, continues to negotiate a termination settlement with the company. His exit came amid ongoing performance issues, uncertainty surrounding star driver Max Verstappen’s future, and growing management tensions within the team.
The allegations against Horner first surfaced in December 2023, when the complainant accused him of sexual harassment and coercive behavior. Although an internal investigation dismissed the claims on the eve of the 2024 season, leaked WhatsApp messages and a subsequent appeal kept the controversy alive. Horner has consistently denied all allegations.
