Wyndham Clark produced a sensational final-round performance to win the CJ Cup Byron Nelson, finishing three shots clear after ending the tournament at an impressive 30-under par.
The American golfer delivered a remarkable closing round of 11-under 60, recording an eagle and nine birdies to surge past overnight leader Si Woo Kim and secure his fourth PGA Tour title.
Clark entered the final day after rounds of 66, 63, and 65, but elevated his game even further in the decisive round on the par-71 course in Texas.
The 32-year-old sealed victory in style with a precise approach shot at the 18th hole that left him a short putt for birdie, which he converted to finish with a tournament total of 254 strokes.
With the triumph, Clark became only the 10th golfer since 1983 to complete a four-round tournament at 30-under par or better.
South Korea’s Si Woo Kim, who had dazzled with a second-round 60 earlier in the week, closed with a solid 65 but was unable to keep pace with Clark’s extraordinary finish, ending the tournament in second place at 27-under.
World number one and defending champion Scottie Scheffler finished third, two shots further back, after another strong showing on home soil.
The victory marks Clark’s first PGA Tour title since winning the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am in February 2024. The 2023 US Open champion now adds another significant achievement to his growing résumé.
