Rima Strikers of Sokoto were in commanding form on Day 7 of the Ardova Handball Premier League 2025 Phase 2, defeating COAS Shooters 39–25 at the Rowe Park Sports Centre, Yaba, Lagos. The Strikers established control early, leading 19–11 at halftime, and continued their dominance after the break to secure a comprehensive 14-goal victory.
In another thrilling match, Lagos Seasiders and Benue Buffaloes played out a 29–29 draw. The Seasiders led 13–12 at halftime, but the Buffaloes from Makurdi mounted a strong second-half performance to claim a hard-earned point.
Niger United also impressed, defeating De Defenders 34–27. The team led 19–17 at halftime and extended their advantage in the second half with a composed display. Correction Boys recorded a comfortable 33–23 victory over Osun United, maintaining control throughout the match after leading 17–12 at halftime.
The day’s first fixture ended in a walkover, as Adamawa Warriors failed to appear, giving Tojemarine Academy a 10–0 win.
