The appointments, which cover the senior, age-grade, and beach volleyball national teams, followed a comprehensive selection, screening, and approval process aimed at enhancing technical development and performance across all categories.

In the age-grade category, Coach Adamu Nite was appointed Head Coach of the Under-19 Boys team, alongside Coach Ayo Aboderin as Assistant Coach I and Offensive Coordinator, and Coach Philip Stephen as Setters Trainer.

The Under-19 Girls team will be handled by Coach Vincent Unogwu as Head Coach, with Coach Bukola Faremi serving as Assistant Coach I and Blocking and Defence Coordinator, while Coach Chinyere Onuoha assumes the role of Assistant Coach II and Offensive Coordinator.

The Under-17 Boys side will be led by Coach Suleiman Ajeigbe, with Coach Ibrahim Adamu serving as Assistant Coach I and Offensive Coordinator, while Coach Osas Omoruyi was appointed Assistant Coach.

In beach volleyball, Coach Kayode and Coach Felicia Amos will oversee the women's team, while Coach John Iwerima and Coach Jonathan Thaj will take charge of the men's team.

The federation expressed confidence in the newly appointed coaches, noting that their experience, professionalism, and technical expertise will be vital in guiding the teams towards achieving success on the continental and global stage.

According to the NVBF, the appointments align with its vision of establishing a sustainable talent development structure and fostering a culture of excellence that will improve Nigeria's competitiveness in both indoor and beach volleyball.

These technical restructuring measures underscore the governing body's proactive approach to elevating the sport across multiple age groups and formats. By placing experienced tacticians at the helm of these various selections, the federation provides a firm foundation for future international engagements. Volleyball stakeholders will watch closely to see how these newly appointed crews transition into active tournament preparation.
