Nigeria's senior national rugby team, 'The Stallions,' is set to depart for Tunisia on December 15, ahead of the 2024 Africa Cup tournament.
This follows the recent announcement by the Nigeria Rugby Football Federation (NRFF) of the final 28-man roster for the competition, which is scheduled to take place from December 16 to 23, 2024, in Tunisia.
Nigeria will compete in Pool A, facing Tunisia in the first semi-final, while Ghana will face off with Zambia, followed by the final match and the third-place match.
The top team from Pool A will then proceed to a decisive match against Morocco, who emerged as the winner of Pool B in November 2024.
The victor of this clash will be crowned the Rugby Africa Cup Repechage 2024 Champion and earn a spot in the prestigious 2025 Rugby Africa Cup.
