2026 NBSL Super 4: Kebbi Fishers, Kada BSC set for title showdown

Kebbi Fishers BSC and hosts Kada BSC have set up a winner-takes-all clash for the 2026 Nigeria Beach Soccer League (NBSL) Super 4 title after both teams recorded their second consecutive victories in Kaduna on Saturday.

Three-time champions Kebbi Fishers defeated Ibom BSC 3-1 in the opening Matchday Two fixture at Murtala Muhammed Square.

Hamza Manga struck twice, while Ekene Obi added the third for Kebbi Fishers, with Emma Okon scoring Ibom BSC’s only goal.

Kada BSC then secured a 3-2 victory over Niger BSC in an entertaining encounter.

Dozie Frank opened the scoring for the hosts before Jamilu Haruna equalised for Niger.

Kada restored their advantage through Tanko Emmanuel and Victor Tale, while Hassan Abubakar reduced the deficit for Niger late in the match.

The results leave Kebbi Fishers and Kada BSC level on perfect records after two matches, setting up a decisive meeting between the sides on Sunday.

The winner of the encounter will be crowned 2026 NBSL Super 4 champions, while Ibom BSC and Niger BSC will battle for third place.

Sunday’s programme will also feature the final of the women’s beach soccer invitational tournament, with Kings Football Female Academy facing RCCG Great Grace.

An All-Star fixture involving SWAN Kaduna Chapter and the NBSL All-Stars will also form part of the closing-day activities.
