Manchester United fans plan protest at Old Trafford as new kit launch

Amid mounting frustration regarding the ownership uncertainty at Manchester United, fans are planning a protest at Old Trafford on Tuesday.

The demonstration, organized by supporters, will take place outside United's stadium Megastore, coinciding with the launch of the club's new Adidas home kit for the 2023-24 season.
 
The primary focus of the protest is the ownership of the Glazer family and the prolonged sales process, which has now extended into its eighth month.

Despite the final round of bidding officially concluding in April, Qatari businessman Sheikh Jassim and British billionaire Sir Jim Ratcliffe are still awaiting confirmation on whether their offers to acquire the club have been successful.
 
In addition to the potential buyers, the Glazer family is also considering offers for minority investment from various US-based groups.

The prolonged uncertainty surrounding the ownership situation has led to growing frustration among Manchester United fans, prompting them to take action and voice their concerns at the protest.
