Manchester United and Chelsea need to make a big bid to Napoli's Victor Osimhen

Chelsea and Manchester United are both aware of what Napoli is seeking for their desired striker Victor Osimhen.
 
The Premier League clubs have been associated with the striker, but according to Aurelio De Laurentiis, president of PSG, the only team that could afford Victor Osimhen is PSG.
 
Chelsea and Manchester United have reportedly been advised that breaking the Premier League transfer record is necessary in order to get £170 million Napoli striker Victor Osimhen.
 
Aurelio De Laurentiis, the president of the Italian club, seems to have discounted English teams' interest in a transfer by insisting that the only real challenger is Paris Saint-Germain, which is fighting to retain Kylian Mbappe from Real Madrid this summer.
 
“Both the Blues and United are keen to sign the striker, who finished top of the Serie A golden boot standings as Napoli won the Italian title last season. But De Laurentiis has now poured cold water on the suggestion he could move to a Premier League club.”
