Just in: James Nnaji racially abused by Real Madrid fans

In a significant turn of events, James Nnaji, a talented young basketball player hailing from Nigeria, played a crucial role in Barcelona's triumph over Real Madrid in the Spanish championship. 

However, the joyous occasion was marred by an unfortunate incident involving racial taunts directed at Nnaji by some Madrid supporters. 

Reports indicate that upon his arrival at the WiZink center, Nnaji was subjected to offensive slurs based on his race, casting a shadow over the game. 

The head coach of Barcelona's basketball team, Saras Jasikevicius, publicly addressed this disturbing incident, condemning the racial abuse and stressing the need to put an end to such behavior that contradicts the values of Real Madrid. 

"I hear a lot about Vinicius, and now we have to talk about what happened today. 

"This has to stop now, this doesn't go with Real Madrid's values," he said.

This incident follows a previously reported case of racial abuse involving Real Madrid footballer Vinicius Jr during a La Liga match against Valencia. 

As the dust settles, Nnaji, a promising talent, is now preparing for the upcoming 2023 NBA Draft, while the Spanish authorities are expected to investigate this incident and take appropriate action to address the issue of racial discrimination.
