The clinical forward shared his advice publicly on his official social media handle. He warned that many rising talents completely misunderstand the modern scouting process during their trial periods.

Boniface reflected deeply on his personal journey when he first traveled to Norway for assessments. The striker admitted that he initially made the error of coasting through early training routines. He chose to preserve his maximum energy specifically for full-scale 11-versus-11 practice matches.

The forward explained that he incorrectly assumed European coaches only evaluated performance during full field matches. However, the technical staff began judging his abilities from the very first warm-up drill.
