Team 33 Production has officially commenced live broadcasts of the Nigeria National League (NNL), marking a major milestone in the partnership between Toptier Sports Management Limited (TSM) and the league body.
The collaboration aims to reposition and rebrand the NNL, significantly enhancing its visibility and commercial appeal. With the new live production initiative, matches can now be streamed and viewed globally, ushering in a new era of accessibility for Nigeria’s second-tier league.
TSM investors, who joined ahead of the second stanza of the 2025-26 season, have prioritized key structural reforms, including improved match production, image rebranding, digitization processes, indemnity frameworks, and the establishment of strong governance structures to provide a solid foundation for sustainable growth.
Beyond visibility, the initiative is expected to create new opportunities for clubs and players. With matches accessible to a global audience, teams can effectively showcase their players for potential transfers abroad. The investors have also implemented a functional and transparent system designed to benefit every stakeholder, from the league body and clubs to players, partners, and fans.
The positive impacts of the partnership were evident over the weekend. Seven matches were broadcast live, including First Bank FC vs. Rovers FC on Friday, and Saturday’s encounters: Gateway FC vs. Beyond Limits FC (1-2) at the MKO Abiola Arena in Abeokuta, Heartland FC vs. Smart City FC (3-1) in Owerri, Adamawa United vs. Bichi First, Kada Warriors vs. Sokoto United (1-1), and Doma FC vs. FC Basira (1-0).
