Relegated Lobi Stars FC declares short break for team

Lobi Stars Football Club has declared June 9, 2025, as the resumption date to begin preparations ahead of the new season.


In a brief address to staff and players, the Team Manager, Lawrence Adoga, speaking on behalf of the Chairman, Phillip Nongu, and the board, announced that the club will be embarking on a short break from official duties.


He emphasized that any further updates or changes regarding the resumption and other matters will be duly communicated in advance.


The announcement comes at a strategic point in the club’s calendar, especially as it faces a challenging season, having finished at the bottom of the league table.


The atmosphere was calm and optimistic as players welcomed the development with a sense of renewed motivation.
