Osimhen, Ronaldo, Messi, De Bruyne in Iheanacho's perfect player

Super Eagles and Leicester City forward, Kelechi Iheanacho, has crafted his vision of the perfect football player, drawing inspiration from legendary players across various aspects of the game.


Iheanacho, currently 27 years old, is actively participating in the AFCON tournament with the Nigerian football team in Ivory Coast, overcoming initial doubts about his inclusion due to an injury. Despite his return to full fitness, he hasn't featured in any AFCON matches, and the reasons for his absence remain known only to the coach, Jose Peseiro.


In an interview conducted in Ivory Coast, Iheanacho was asked to design the profile of his ideal footballer. Leveraging his own left-footed playing style, he selected the left foot of Lionel Messi, known for its finesse and precision. Complementing this, he chose the powerful right foot of Cristiano Ronaldo, a symbol of goal-scoring prowess.


For speed attributes, Iheanacho opted for Erling Braut Haaland, recognizing the Norwegian's explosive pace on the field. Drawing from his national teammate, Victor Osimhen, he incorporated Osimhen's strength into the perfect player's characteristics.


In terms of flair and entertainment, Iheanacho included the renowned former Brazil international, Ronaldinho, whose creativity and joyous style of play captivated fans worldwide. To complete the ideal player, he integrated the football intelligence of his former teammate, Kevin De Bruyne, known for his strategic vision and precise decision-making on the field.


As Iheanacho anticipates his involvement in the AFCON tournament, particularly in the round of sixteen against Cameroon, fans await the potential unveiling of the Super Eagle's skills in the green and white jersey.
