Ogun State FA Cup: Beyond Limit beat Abeokuta Stormers FC to win title

Beyond Limit Academy is the champion of the 2024 Ogun State FA Cup after a narrow 3-2 victory over Abeokuta Stormers on Sunday at the M.K.O Abiola Stadium, Abeokuta.


The NNL side opened the scoring as early as the third minute of the encounter through Shina Ayodele to make an instant statement.


The win ensured that Beyond Limit, who suffered a defeat in the final last season against Gateway United, emerged as the state champions.


Both finalists will represent Ogun State at the national finals of the Federation Cup.


In the women’s final, Remo Star Ladies defeated Castmog Ladies 1-0 to emerge as champions in the women’s category.
