Beyond Limits FA, Solution FC, Akwa United FC, Smart City FC, Abakaliki FC, Right2Win FC, Dokkall Khairu FC, Ekiti United FC and Bayelsa United FC make up Conference B.
In Conference C, El-Kanemi Warriors FC will compete alongside DMD FC, FC Basira, NeuroSpark FC, Kebbi United FC, Adamawa United FC, Jigawa Golden Stars FC and Junior Danburam FC.

The proposed groupings represent a major step in the NNL's preparations for the 2026/2027 campaign, as clubs begin to position themselves for what promises to be another competitive season in Nigeria's second-tier professional football league.
The league organisers are expected to release additional details, including the final fixtures and other operational arrangements, ahead of the commencement of the new season.
With promotion prospects and the battle for league survival set to dominate attention, the unveiling of the conferences has given participating clubs an early glimpse of the challenges that await them.
