NNL 2025/2026: Sporting Lagos eye crucial home win to boost promotion charge

Fresh off a commanding 5–1 demolition of Stormers FC in Abeokuta, Sporting Lagos FC return to action with renewed belief as they prepare for a pivotal Matchday 17 encounter against Rovers FC of Calabar in the Nigeria National League (NNL).

Currently sitting second in Conference B with 27 points, Sporting Lagos remain firmly in contention for the lone promotion ticket to the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL).
