Nationwide League One Sensitizes School Clubs on Navigation of New Website

Posted : 14 March 2026

The Nationwide League One (NLO) has begun a sensitization campaign for clubs in Division One and the U-19 Youth League on how to effectively navigate its newly launched website and player registration portal.

The digital platform, developed by Zkyte Technology Ltd, is designed to strengthen data security while providing a more efficient and transparent operational system for clubs participating in the league.

As part of the orientation process, a 27-minute instructional video divided into seven chapters was released to guide clubs through the various features of the portal. In the video, representatives of Zkyte Technology Ltd demonstrated how club administrators can log in, customize club profiles, register players, complete Face ID verification, and process payments on the platform.

According to the tutorial, the main navigation begins after the club administrator’s approval and login. At this stage, users are directed to a dashboard displaying key information, including the club’s total registered players, matches played, results, win rate, performance chart, and player verification status.

The platform also provides quick access to several operational features, such as Squad Management, Player Release Process, Match Line-up Creation, Media Builder, Payment Management, and Settings and Security.

Clubs are able to manage and update information within each section of the dashboard, including uploading important documents such as player registration forms, transfer and contract termination papers, release notices, as well as health and injury reports to maintain accurate player records.

Another feature of the portal allows clubs to schedule friendly matches by submitting a match request through the system. Once both teams confirm the request, the NLO Secretariat receives an automatic notification.

The website also includes a notification system designed to keep clubs updated on official communications from the league, including press statements, sanction letters, and fixture adjustments. In addition, it enables direct communication between clubs regarding player releases and friendly match arrangements.

To ensure enhanced security, the portal incorporates a Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) system. This requires users to verify their identity through two separate methods, typically a password and a secondary verification code sent via SMS, authentication apps such as Google Authenticator, or other security tokens.

The initiative forms part of the league’s preparations for the 2026 season, as the NLO continues efforts to digitize its operations and improve administrative efficiency across participating clubs.
