In a memo dated April 7, 2026, and signed by Chief Operating Officer Dr. Olushola Ogunnowo, the Secretariat highlighted key provisions under Articles 3.01 (6), (7), (8), and (14), urging clubs to carefully review them to avoid future disputes or claims of oversight.
The NLO confirmed that all clubs have access to the updated rulebook, including copies available on its official website.
Additionally, the secretariat is awaiting outcomes from meetings between clubs and State FAs regarding match venues and club affiliation confirmations.
