2025 President Federation Cup (Female category): Nasarawa Amazons ready for tough fight against Sunshine Queens in Awka

Nasarawa Amazons have arrived in Awka for their quarterfinal match against Sunshine Queens at the Awka Township Stadium.


The Lafia-based ladies, who defeated Bayelsa Queens 2-1 in the Round of 16 last week at the same stadium, are determined to make a deep run in the competition.


A win from the game will see them advance to the semifinals of the 2025 President Federation Cup.


With a rich history of winning the Federation Cup twice — in 2005 and 2019 — Nasarawa Amazons are confident in their abilities. Under the guidance of Coach Christopher Danjuma, the team is poised to reach the finals, undeterred by the opposition. They are ready to give their all to emerge victorious.


All quarterfinal matches will be played simultaneously.
