Milantarki Care FC underlined their promotion ambition after finishing top of the highly competitive Bwari Stadium center in the 2026 Nationwide League One season.
The former Nigeria National League side wrapped up the campaign with 16 points from seven matches, recording five victories, one draw, and two defeats to secure the group’s sole qualification ticket.
Their consistency throughout the campaign proved decisive in a tightly contested race that saw FWC Champions and Pristine Light FC both finish on 15 points. FWC Champions claimed second position ahead of Pristine Light on superior goal difference after both sides pushed Milantarki Care FC until the closing stages of the competition.
Camp United ended the season in fourth place with 12 points, while CamPro FC followed closely in fifth with 11 points. N-Youth FC occupied sixth position after gathering eight points from their matches.
Hypebuzz FC and Setraco FC both finished with seven points, but Hypebuzz edged ahead into seventh place due to a better goal difference, leaving Setraco in eighth. Asteras Tripoli concluded their difficult campaign at the foot of the table with six points.
Having previously competed in the Nigeria National League, Milantarki Care FC will now shift focus to the next stage of the competition as they seek a return to professional league football through the promotion playoffs.
The successful campaign at the Bwari center reflects the club's resilience and determination to climb back up the Nigerian football hierarchy. With the promotion playoffs on the horizon, the team remains focused on maintaining their winning form to secure a spot in the professional ranks.
