Super Eagles winger Chidera Ejuke is attracting strong interest from clubs in Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates after Sevilla made him available for transfer during the summer window.
The Spanish club is reportedly willing to sell the Nigerian international, whose contract runs until 2027, as part of its plans to reshape the squad ahead of the new season.
Sevilla are understood to value Ejuke at between €4 million and €5 million. The club hopes to complete a deal before the transfer window closes while generating funds for new additions.
Ejuke was absent from Sevilla's training sessions earlier this week because of administrative and bureaucratic issues. However, the situation is expected to be resolved soon, allowing him to rejoin the squad while his future is discussed.
Although several European clubs have been linked with the 28-year-old, including Bayer Leverkusen and Anderlecht, reports suggest that interest from the Middle East is currently the strongest.
Clubs from Saudi Arabia are believed to be leading the race, with teams from Qatar and the UAE also monitoring the winger's situation closely. A move to the Gulf region could significantly improve Ejuke's earnings, with reports indicating he could more than double his current salary.
Ejuke joined Sevilla with a reputation as one of Nigeria's most exciting dribblers after successful spells in the Netherlands, Russia and Germany. His pace, creativity and ability to beat defenders have made him an attractive option for clubs looking to strengthen their attacking units.
Despite flashes of quality in Spain, the winger has faced stiff competition for regular playing time. Sevilla now appear ready to part ways with the Nigerian as they continue rebuilding under the club's new sporting plans.
The coming weeks are expected to be decisive as interested clubs step up negotiations. Whether Ejuke remains in Europe or accepts a lucrative move to the Middle East, his future is likely to be settled before the start of the new season.
