The club said the move is part of a broader effort to reposition its cadet structure and turn it into a formidable breeding ground for developing talented players who will eventually graduate to the senior team.
“As part of this strategic restructuring, the technical crews of Junior Pillars, as well as the U-19, U-15, and U-13 teams, have been dissolved with immediate effect,” the statement read.
This decision also affects support staff such as curators, masseurs, and other ancillary roles within the cadet teams.
According to the club, the changes reflect a renewed commitment to introducing modern coaching techniques, fresh ideas, and vibrant leadership across all youth categories.
In a swift response to the restructuring, the Technical Department has recommended a new lineup of officials to guide the youth teams:
This restructuring, the club says, is part of its long-term vision to align youth development with global best practices, laying a solid foundation for future success.
The management reiterated its commitment to supporting the newly appointed officials and will provide all necessary tools and resources to help them thrive in their respective roles.
“These changes will not only improve the technical growth of our young players but also strengthen our legacy as one of the powerhouses of Nigerian football,” the club added.
