Flying Eagles Pair Named in WAFU B U20 Group Stage Best XI

Nigeria's Flying Eagles have received individual honours at the ongoing 2026 WAFU B U20 Championship after two players were selected in the tournament's Team of the Group Stage.

The West African Football Union (WAFU) B Technical Study Group announced the Best XI following the conclusion of the group phase, recognising the standout performers from the competing nations. Nigeria's Adeleke and Alfred were included after producing a series of impressive displays that helped the Flying Eagles secure a place in the semi-finals.
