Super Eagles Technical Adviser, Eric Chelle, has added to the growing list of players invited to camp with the call-up of Remo Stars' in-form striker Sikiru Alimi, along with Saviour Isaac and Ismaila Sodiq.
Chelle made slight adjustments to the squad ahead of the friendly game against Russia scheduled for June 6.
The Super Eagles have been in camp in England for the past week, during which they won the Unity Cup friendly tournament—securing a 2-1 victory over Ghana, followed by a 5-4 penalty shootout win over Jamaica in the final after a 2-2 draw in regulation time.
The team will now travel to Russia for another friendly game. For this match, the head coach drew up a separate list that included some players who were not part of the Unity Cup squad.
That list has now been modified with the addition of Alimi, Saviour, and Sodiq. The latter two played in the Unity Cup, with Sodiq featuring for the entirety of both matches.
