Following a series of poor and unsatisfactory results, Enyimba FC management has approved the temporary stepping aside of the club’s Technical Adviser, Coach Stanley Eguma, along with his two assistants, Ndubuisi Nduka and Joseph Boma.
The decision, outlined in a letter issued to Coach Eguma, came after an emergency management meeting held hours following Enyimba’s disappointing 2025/2026 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) Match Day 13 loss to Wikki Tourist FC on Sunday at the Enyimba International Stadium.
The management stated that the order takes immediate effect as the team navigates a period of crisis. While the club undertakes a comprehensive review of recent performances and explores ways to improve, they have appointed Assistant Coach Lawrence Ukaegbu to lead training sessions and preparations ahead of the Match Day 14 clash against Katsina United in Jos next Sunday.
