Eko United have strengthened their attacking options with the signing of experienced forward Olalere Dauda ahead of the 2026/2027 Nigeria National League (NNL) season.
The Lagos-based club, nicknamed the Uga Boys, officially unveiled the former Osun United striker on Thursday as they intensify preparations for their maiden campaign in the second-tier league.
Dauda brings considerable experience to the newly established side, having featured for several Nigerian clubs, including Crown FC, Ekiti United, Gateway United, Abia Comets, and Gombe United.
His arrival is expected to provide additional attacking depth and experience as Eko United seek to establish themselves in the NNL.
The forward’s familiarity with the demands of Nigerian league football could prove valuable to the Lagos outfit as they build a competitive squad for the upcoming season.
Dauda’s signing represents another step in Eko United’s preparations, with the club aiming to assemble a team capable of making an impression in the national second-tier competition.
The Uga Boys will hope the experienced forward translates his knowledge of the domestic game into goals and consistent performances when the new campaign begins.
