With its dual focus on unity and opportunity, the Egalitarian Championship has become a key fixture in Nigeria’s football calendar.

Coaches are strongly warned against lobbying or interference.
“This is more than a tournament; it’s a mission to redefine grassroots football culture in Nigeria,” said Technical Director Akin Oyedunmola. “We are committed to clean, fair, and forward-looking football. Teams that cannot meet these standards are advised not to register.”
With the Egalitarian Championship gaining recognition as a vital scouting and development platform, the 2025 edition promises to set new standards in grassroots football excellence.
