Coach Aliyu Zubairu U-15 Kiddies Cup Kicks Off in Ilorin

Reigning champions of the Coach Aliyu Zubairu U-15 Kiddies Cup, Barca Kiddies, will begin their title defence against Gidado FA in the opening match of the second edition of the tournament.

The first and second matches in Group A will kick off simultaneously at 8:00 a.m. on Sunday, June 15, 2025, at KFA Pitch, Ilorin.

Group A features Barca Kiddies, Gidado FA, Champions FA, Surprise FA, and Gerewu FA.

In Group B, Kingshood FA will clash with Apex Star, while Makamz FA faces Busari FA. Honeyking FA has a bye.

Group C will see Afrikan Kiddies battle Alabama FA, while Solicitor FA meets Gaa Akanbi FA. Flash FA will observe a bye.

Group D, labeled the Group of Death, includes Future Star FA, Koller FA, Achievers FA, Wisdom FA, and La Planet.

The tournament aims to discover and nurture young football talent, providing a platform for promising players to shine.

The organising committee has urged all participating teams to uphold sportsmanship and fair play throughout the competition.
