Chelsea will now meet Manchester City in the semi-finals after City recorded a commanding 5-1 victory over West Ham. Kerolin and Lauren Hemp gave City a 2-0 lead within the first ten minutes, before Riko Ueki briefly gave West Ham hope with a powerful strike. However, City quickly restored control with further goals from Grace Clinton, Khadija Shaw, and Laura Coombs.
Arsenal and Manchester United completed the semi-final line-up. Arsenal overcame Crystal Palace 2-0, with Laia Codina opening the scoring through a looping header in the 20th minute and Stina Blackstenius adding a second in stoppage time. Crystal Palace, the sole WSL 2 representative remaining, played in front of a record 3,040 fans at the VBS Community Stadium.
Manchester United edged Tottenham 2-1 in their quarter-final clash. Drew Spence gave Spurs the lead, but second-half goals from Jess Park and Fridolina Rolfo secured United’s progression.
