Nigeria’s Super Eagles camp ahead of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco has grown to 26 players following the arrival of winger Samuel Chukwueze.
The camp officially opened on Sunday at the Renaissance Hotel in Cairo, Egypt, as the team began final preparations for the continental championship.
Goalkeepers Francis Uzoho, Stanley Nwabali, and Amas Obasogie are in camp, joined by defenders and midfielders who arrived earlier and have been participating fully in training sessions.
Attackers Ademola Lookman, Paul Onuachu, Cyril Dessers, and Akor Adams are also present, increasing competition for places in the final squad.
Striker Victor Osimhen and winger Moses Simon are expected to join the team soon as they complete their club commitments ahead of the tournament.
Wednesday’s schedule includes a gym session at 11 a.m. and an evening training session at 5 p.m., as preparations continue in earnest.
