2024 NLO: Clever Warriors reign supreme in Group A of Kano Centre

In an electrifying atmosphere at the Sani Abacha Stadium in the Kano center of the Nigeria Nationwide League One, fans were treated to a thrilling display of talent and sportsmanship in the last group games of the New Year Mega Lottery NLO 2024.


The Super Stars Sheka and Junior Pillars battled it out in a riveting encounter that ended in a one-all draw, with both teams finishing the group stage with 7 points each.


Meanwhile, Royal FC faced a tough challenge against Kwankwasiyya FC, losing 0-2 and ending the tournament at the bottom of the group with 3 points, while Kwankwasiyya FC secured the second spot with 8 points.


In the other group match, Sky Limit FC suffered a heavy defeat against the formidable Clever Warriors, losing 1-7. Despite their valiant efforts, Sky Limit FC finished in fifth place with 4 points, while Clever Warriors emerged as the group A winners with a total of 11 points, where they will battle for the final with group B winners Kano Stars, who also finished with 11 points.
