Kano Pillars FC have reinforced their squad with six additional players signed during the mid-season transfer window to boost their performance in the 2024/2025 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) season.
The signings include two defenders (Dawud Ibrahim and Uzogara Kennedy), three strikers (Eshimitu Gomino Eya, Hadi Mohammed Olarewanju, and Jerry Alex), and one midfielder (Ezeh Charles).
Meanwhile, four players have exited the club. Usman Aminu Maidubji and Yusuf Abdullahi have gone out on loan, Emmanuel Anaful’s contract has been terminated, and Abdulmajeed Aminu is set to join the South African side Moneni Pirates.
The club’s chairman, Alhaji Ali Muhammad Umar, welcomed the new signings and urged them to help restore Kano Pillars to their former glory.
