2024/2025 NPFL Mid season transfer: Enyimba Int'l FC completes signing of Abiam from Kano Pillars

Nigeria's 9-time league winners, Enyimba International FC, on Thursday confirmed the signing of Kano Pillars center-back, Nelson Abiam, to strengthen their defense.


Nelson Abiam will prove to be a solid signing for the People's Elephant, as his goal-scoring ability as a center-back is impressive. His experience with Doma United and Kano Pillars should add depth to their defense.


Enyimba will definitely benefit from his presence, especially with their ambitions in the NPFL and continental competitions.


To recall, he has previously played for Doma United and became the first defender to finish an NPFL season as the club's highest goal scorer when he netted 5 goals with the Savannah Tigers last season before joining the former NPFL champions from Kano Pillars.
