2024/2025 NPFL Match Day 38: Premier League king, Remo Stars, seek respect in Yenagoa

The newly crowned 2024/2025 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) champions, Remo Stars, are now set to play their final game of the season—and their second match since clinching the league title—against 13th-placed Bayelsa United FC.


The match, scheduled to take place at the Samson Siasia Stadium in Yenagoa, will be the last home game for the Prosperity Boys and an opportunity to appreciate the team’s coach, Ladan Bosso, who successfully guided the club from relegation waters to 13th position.


However, Bayelsa United FC face an uphill task against a team that is chasing records.


Remo Stars will look to assert their dominance as the best team in the league when they face the home side.


For Ladan Bosso, it will be a chance to end the season on a high in front of a home crowd that has consistently supported the team.
