2024/2025 NNL Match Day 13: ABS FC determined to bounce back, says Shedrack

ABS Ilorin FC midfielder David Shedrack has expressed the team's determination to bounce back from last weekend's disappointing 1-0 home defeat to FirstBank FC in the Nigeria National League (NNL) Matchday 13 clash at the Rashidi Yekini Mainbowl, George Innih Stadium, Ilorin.


“We were spirit-filled in the two matches; it's just that some mistakes happened. We weren’t able to take our chances.


“We know that setbacks come and go, but we will keep working hard and bring back that positivity so we can start getting points both at home and away,” David Shedrack said.


The midfielder acknowledged the disappointment felt by the fans after the home loss.


“We are sorry for the loss. It is disappointing for your fans to come and watch you lose at home.


“We pray that it doesn’t happen again. We will give our hundred percent to make sure we get the needed victories in our upcoming games.”


“We are going into the match against Solution FC with a determined mindset—to win points, take points, and do everything possible,” David Shedrack added.


ABS Ilorin FC will face Solution FC on Sunday at the Awka City Stadium in Anambra State.
