To mark Pride Month, VALORANT Americas has revealed a vibrant mural created in partnership with community artist Strawberry, celebrating LGBTQ+ representation within the game. The mural, which includes characters like Raze, Killjoy, Phoenix, Clove, Waylay, and Gekko, is part of the festivities surrounding Masters Toronto. It serves as a tribute to the strength and identity of LGBTQIA+ individuals in both gaming and esports spaces, blending iconic Toronto elements with VALORANT's diverse agents.
The artwork is located at 768 Queen Street West in Toronto, a short drive from the Masters Toronto venue at the Enercare Centre. Riot Games praised the piece as a joyful and powerful representation of community, noting its meaningful design and Strawberry’s longstanding involvement with VALORANT since 2020.
The mural is accessible to fans throughout June, creating a physical space that merges art, culture, and inclusivity for those attending the event or visiting the city.
In addition to the mural, Riot has launched a special 2025 Pride Collection in the VALORANT game, available through the end of the month.
Artist Strawberry expressed her gratitude and excitement about the project, sharing that it was her first mural and a deeply personal opportunity to showcase her passion for the characters. This celebration not only reflects Riot’s commitment to diversity but also highlights how games can create platforms for representation and expression.
