French esports organisation Team Vitality has earned more than $700,000 (£525,117) through revenue-sharing programs run by ESL and BLAST. These initiatives are designed to reward teams that regularly compete in their Counter-Strike 2 tournaments, offering additional income on top of traditional prize money.
The ESL Annual Club Incentive, launched in late 2024, compensates organisations based on their participation across ESL Pro Tour events, viewership contributions, and promotional efforts.
In 2025, 16 teams shared a total of $2.95 million (£2.2 million), with the size of each payout determined by tournament attendance and viewership points.
Saudi Arabian organisation Team Falcons led the program, securing $407,422 (£305,521), while Team Vitality finished fifth with $262,500 (£196,903) from 336 viewership points across seven events.
BLAST’s Frequent Flyers Programme operates on a token system, rewarding teams for attending multiple events and performing well. Team Vitality earned 12 tokens throughout 2025, translating to $461,538 (£346,441) in revenue.
Combined with ESL earnings, the organisation amassed a total of $724,038 (£523,519) across both initiatives. Other top performers in the BLAST program included Team Spirit, who earned $423,077 (£317,561), and G2 Esports with $230,769 (£173,077).
The ESL Annual Club Incentive for 2025 will be distributed to the top 16 organisations in the first quarter of 2026, with the next cycle commencing at IEM Kraków 2026 from January 28 to February 8.
BLAST’s Frequent Flyers Programme will continue to reward consistent tournament participation, providing esports organisations with significant opportunities to boost their revenue alongside traditional competition earnings.
