Aston Martin Launches Limited-Edition F1 Racing Simulators for Fans, Collectors

Posted : 12 November 2024

Aston Martin Aramco F1 Team has unveiled a limited-edition series of premium F1 racing simulators, offering fans and sim racers the chance to own a piece of the high-performance racing world. These exclusive simulators, priced between £70,000 and £100,000, are designed to deliver a fully immersive racing experience, featuring high-end components such as a high-performance gaming PC, AOC 49-inch curved displays, speakers, pedals, and a custom wheelbase. The package includes everything necessary for sim racing, ensuring an authentic and professional setup for users.

Developed in collaboration with Memento Exclusives, a company known for creating sports memorabilia and collectibles, these simulators are crafted to mirror real-world F1 cars with remarkable accuracy. The simulators come with the complete Aston Martin livery, and customers can personalize their rigs with driver branding from either Fernando Alonso or Lance Stroll. The simulators offer an extra layer of realism with the option for motion technology, making the experience feel even more like being behind the wheel of an actual F1 car.

Matt Chapman, the Head of Licensing and Merchandise at Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team, expressed excitement about the partnership, highlighting the simulator's ability to bring the thrill of F1 racing to life. He noted that the addition of motion technology enhances the experience, making it more immersive for sim racers, collectors, and F1 fans. The simulators are a testament to the brand’s commitment to delivering premium, cutting-edge technology to its enthusiasts.

This collaboration with Memento Exclusives is part of a broader trend, as other F1 teams like Red Bull and Williams have also partnered with the company to produce similar high-end simulators. Prices vary, with the Aston Martin model starting at £70,000 and the Red Bull Championship edition reaching up to £100,000, further solidifying the simulators as a luxury item for F1 aficionados and gaming enthusiasts alike.
