Yucateco Promotion takes boxing fiesta to Edo State

The newly elected Governor of Edo State, Senator Monday Okpeblolo, has extolled the management of Yucateco Arena Supermarket for supporting Nigerian sports.


The governor made this known when he presented a football to the organization’s director, Mrs. Ayisat E. Imadu, as one of the lead sponsors of the AKPAKOMIZA Victory Novelty Football Match played in Benin on Sunday.

Imadu, speaking at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium in Benin, said that the company was passionate about the growth and development of young people in Nigeria. Hence, the organization’s resolve to always support education, sports, and entertainment, as these are the key enablers of youth success.


“Firstly, I would like to congratulate our Governor, Senator Monday Okpeblolo. This victory novelty match has further demonstrated the love and trust the people of Edo have in his amiable personality.”
