Nikola Jokic shines with 18th triple-double as Denver Nuggets top Golden State Warriors

Nikola Jokic showcased his brilliance with his 18th triple-double of the season, leading the Denver Nuggets to a 119-103 victory against the Golden State Warriors in the NBA. Jokic's impressive performance included 32 points, 16 rebounds, and 16 assists at the Chase Center in California.

 

Among players this season, only Domantas Sabonis of the Sacramento Kings has more triple-doubles with 20. The Nuggets, defending NBA champions, currently hold the third position in the Western Conference, while the Warriors are in the tenth spot. Klay Thompson contributed 23 points off the bench, and Stephen Curry added 20 for the Warriors.

 

In another notable NBA matchup, Giannis Antetokounmpo led the Milwaukee Bucks to a 119-98 victory against the Philadelphia 76ers with an impressive display of 30 points, 12 rebounds, and nine assists. The Bucks hold the third position in the Eastern Conference, while the 76ers are in fifth place, having lost three of their last four matches.

 

Myles Turner's outstanding performance, scoring a season-high 33 points and securing eight rebounds, powered the Indiana Pacers to a 133-111 home win over the Dallas Mavericks, ending the Mavericks' seven-game winning streak. Luka Doncic contributed 33 points for the Mavericks.

 

The Oklahoma City Thunder continued their winning streak with a 123-110 triumph over the Houston Rockets, marking their sixth consecutive victory. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led the Thunder with 36 points, while Chet Holmgren added 29.

 

Grayson Allen's 24 points played a key role in the Phoenix Suns' 123-113 home victory against the Los Angeles Lakers. Despite LeBron James recording an impressive 28 points, 12 assists, and seven rebounds for the Lakers, the Suns secured the win.
