Luka Doncic delivered an impressive performance, scoring 32 points as the Los Angeles Lakers ended the Denver Nuggets' nine-game winning streak with a commanding 123-100 victory. Playing just his fourth game since joining the Lakers from Dallas, Doncic added 10 rebounds and seven assists, while LeBron James contributed 25 points.

 

 The Lakers’ dominant display against their Western Conference rivals marked a significant statement win, with Doncic expressing his growing comfort in the team and emphasizing that chemistry takes time to develop.

 

In a thrilling finish, Nic Claxton secured the Brooklyn Nets' victory over the Philadelphia 76ers with a buzzer-beating putback. Tyrese Maxey had tied the game with a late three-pointer before Brooklyn's Keon Johnson missed a shot in the final seconds.

 

However, Claxton grabbed the offensive rebound and scored as time expired, sealing a dramatic win for the Nets.

 

Elsewhere, the Portland Trail Blazers achieved their largest winning margin in franchise history with a 141-88 rout of the Charlotte Hornets. Anfernee Simons led the way with 25 points, while Toumani Camara posted 20 points, 10 rebounds, and six assists.

 

Shaedon Sharpe also contributed 20 points off the bench. Meanwhile, the Utah Jazz defeated the Houston Rockets 124-115, and the Phoenix Suns edged past the Chicago Bulls 121-117.
