Nilayo Sports roll out dates for Access Bank Lagos City Marathon 10th anniversary expo

Nilayo Sports Management Company Limited has announced that the Access Bank Lagos City Marathon Expo will take place from February 3rd to 13th, 2025.


The Expo is part of the key activities marking the 10th anniversary of the Gold-label race, which has now become one of Africa's most prestigious road races.


According to the organizers, the Expo has been carefully designed to offer a full package of entertainment and fun throughout the duration of the event at the Teslim Balogun Stadium.


Some of the side attractions of the Expo include music performances, exhibitions, health talks, and the pickup of Marathon kits for runners participating in the Marathon on February 15th, 2025.


This year's Access Bank Lagos City Marathon is expected to host over 4,000 international runners, with the organizers also anticipating around 100 elite runners from all over the world at this year's race.


The International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) has stated that the Access Bank Lagos City Marathon attained Gold-label status because it has consistently distinguished itself professionally, both in terms of organization and participation.


Now in its 10th edition, the Marathon has become a key event in the annual calendar of World Athletics and is recognized as one of the world's fastest-growing road races.
