Remo Stars to depart Nigeria for Ghana aboard chartered flight for CAF Confederation Cup

Remo Stars FC of Ikenne one of Nigeria representatives in the CAF Champions League Remo Stars on Tuesday claimed that the team would hit Ghana on Saturday via a chartered flight.

The club's Team Manager Ajaji Samuel Yinka, revealed that the preparations have been smooth  and he expressed their readiness for the Ghana game. 

"We are ready for the Ghana game. Preparations have gone well and we will arrive in Ghana on Saturday."

"We are coming with a chartered flight and we will be arriving in Ghana very early on Saturday morning. 

"We will depart from Nigeria at 5:00 am. I believe the journey from Nigeria to Ghana takes not more than 45 minutes", he said.

The Sky Blue Boys are drawn to face the Ghana Premier League champions Medeama SC and the first leg is scheduled to take place at the Cape Coast stadium.
