The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has approved 30 players for clubs participating in the maiden African Football League.
CAF earlier announced eight clubs that will commence the maiden edition of the competition, with Nigeria Professional Football League champions Enyimba International FC among the listed clubs.
CAF confirmed that each participating team will be allowed to register 30 players for the competition, and 23 players will be allowed to dress per match.
The CAF on Monday made the official confirmation and communicated to the clubs. The People's Elephant has been drawn to play against the Moroccan giant Wydad Casablanca in the quarterfinals, with the first leg slated for Enyimba International Stadium in Aba and the reverse fixture in Casablanca.
